Returns & Refunds Policy – We Do Clips

At We Do Clips, we stand by the quality of our products. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.


 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. We want to make sure you’re completely satisfied.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging

  • Include your receipt or proof of purchase

(Returns must be confirmed before being sent — unapproved returns won’t be accepted.)

Once accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending it back.


 Damaged or Wrong Items

Check your delivery as soon as it arrives.
If an item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us straight away at wedoclips@outlook.com. We’ll sort it quickly.


 Non-Returnable Items

Some items aren’t eligible for return, such as:

  • Custom or special order products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

For questions about specific items, just reach out.


Exchanges

Need to swap something? The fastest way is to place a new order and return the original once it’s approved.


🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling Off

If you’re located in the European Union, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days — no reason needed. The product must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: your bank may take additional time to process the funds.
